In January 2014, I decided that I wanted to get in shape and feel my best for my son’s wedding that was just five months away. A friend highly recommended Chad. He felt that I would benefit and feel comfortable with him as my personal trainer. He also mentioned that Chad was a really nice guy.
From Chad’s and my first training session, I knew that I had, without a doubt, made the right decision. Chad has helped me gain strength in my arms, legs and core and has also helped me gain endurance. As a result, I have more energy, feel healthier and have achieved goals that I didn’t think possible. During our sessions he pushes me to train hard and do my best, and, have fun at the same time.
I truly cannot say enough positive things about Chad as a person and personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone either starting or restarting an exercise program!
Chad is personable and not intimidating – a very nice guy with a wealth of knowledge which benefits his clients. If you think that after 10 years our sessions would become a bit routine and repetitive, then you haven’t worked with Chad. He is always prepared for our time together with new ideas to mix things up. We may be exercising the same muscle groups but it’s often in a different way. While he understands my goals and limitations, he encourages me to try different techniques. Chad is always flexible and if something is not working he can quickly switch gears and come up with a new approach. He’s fun and easy to work with but he also challenges me to push a little harder. I look forward to our training sessions and I know that I am stronger, healthier and more fit - and the shoulder is doing well!
Best of all, Chad is a really nice, thoughtful guy whom I am lucky to call my trainer and friend. Hopefully I’ll be fortunate enough to be working with him 10 years from now.
So I just want folks who are thinking of having Chad as a trainer to understand what you would be getting;
One of the most genuine, positive, impressive and professional people I have had the pleasure over the last 7+ years of working with in training and as a friend (oh yea, no way you don’t become a good friend). I started with little expectation and a note from my Cardiologist that I was headed for a cardiac crash. Chad saved my life. I am a healthy 61 year old guy that is not looking over my shoulder for a health scare. He’s the best. End of story.
